ODEC provides mobile electric vehicle charging services through scheduled and on-demand appointments.
Service availability may vary based on location, weather conditions, vehicle compatibility, equipment availability, traffic conditions, and operational factors.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree that:
• You own, lease, or are authorized to request service for the vehicle.
• You will provide accurate location information.
• The vehicle is safely accessible.
• You will follow technician instructions during service.
• You will not interfere with charging equipment or service operations.

FEES AND PAYMENT
Customers agree to pay all applicable charges displayed in the website, app, or booking confirmation.
Additional charges may apply for:
• After-hours service
• Extended travel distances
• Additional charging beyond the original request
• Special service requests
All fees are non-refundable once charging service has begun.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS
ODEC does not guarantee:
• Specific charging speeds
• Specific vehicle range gains
• Immediate service availability
• Compatibility with all vehicle modifications
Charging results may vary based on vehicle condition, battery health, weather, and other factors.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
ODEC provides services on an "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ODEC shall not be liable for:
• Loss of vehicle use
• Missed appointments
• Lost business opportunities
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Delays caused by weather, traffic, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control
ODEC's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service giving rise to the claim.

WEBSITE AND APP USE
All website content, logos, graphics, text, software, and branding are the property of ODEC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

ACCOUNT SECURITY
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity occurring under their account.

TERMINATION
ODEC may suspend or terminate access to services for:
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of technicians
• Non-payment
• Violation of these Terms

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to conflict of law principles.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of our website, mobile application, or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for matters that may be brought in small claims court.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration service and shall take place in the State of New Jersey.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit, class arbitration, or representative proceeding against ODEC.
Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
Nothing in this section prevents ODEC from seeking injunctive relief or protection of intellectual property rights in a court of competent jurisdiction.
